MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FEE
An annual non-refundable fee is required with this application. Your application will not be processed until we have received this fee. Priority to current and past families will be given until March 1st. Application Fees: February: $65 for a single child; $80 for a family March 1 - April 30: $75 for a single child; $90 for a family After May 1st: $100 for a single child; $115 for a family The application fee can be paid via Paypal or a check sent to: CCCNS P.O. Children's Corner Application
Please fill out the application below to apply to our school. Then click on the "donate" button to pay the application fee via Paypal. It is to your advantage to list both first and second-class choices. We will make every effort to accommodate your first choice; however, some classes fill quickly. We reserve the right to adjust classes based on age or enrollment level. IF a class has a waitlist you may fill out the registration form to be added to the waitlist, but DON'T pay the registration fee. There is no fee to be on the waitlist.
