Camp Children's Corner is located at 4001 S Rogers St. Camp runs from 9am - 12pm each day.

Please note:
To complete your registration, submit this form online and deliver payment to Children's Corner! You can also mail your registration and payment to CCCNS PO Box 1399 Bloomington, IN 47402. Printable forms are available below.
Please include a completed health form for your child. Parents will be required to sign a Covid waiver on the first day of camp.

- Payment is due in full by the first day of each session
- Your child must have a 2023 Summer Health Form on file before the first day of each session
- Late registrations are subject to available space
- No refunds are issued once a session begins
