Intent to Withdraw
CCCNS Withdrawal Policy: in the event of a withdrawal, the Intent to Withdraw Form must be completed 2 weeks prior to the intended date of withdrawal.
1) Withdrawal prior to July 1st will result in a full refund of your prepaid tuition
2) Withdrawal after July 1st will result in your first tuition payment not being refunded. Annual and bi-annual payments will be refunded minus the first month's tuition.
3) Withdrawal after March 15th will result in no refund.
4) Outstanding tuition will be assessed.
5) Should no writing notice be provided:
a) Tuition will be charged for 2 weeks after the last attendance date; and
b) The parent will be billed for a paid participator for any missed participation days during that time.
