Every morning my son asks to go to school. He loves it at Children's Corner. I particularly like coming to help out in the classroom. I get to know all the children, participate in the daily activities, and experience in the fun as my son does. As a parent, I have no worries dropping him off in the mornings since I know first-hand what a normal day is like for him. Our time at CCCNS with its play-based curriculum has helped to cultivate a great love of school and learning in my son that will carry through all his school years. |
I love that Children's Corner feels like a family. Everyone is supportive of each other. Not only do our children make friends, but the parents make friends as well. We feel comfortable and safe at Children’s Corner. I know that the preschool teachers will take extra special care of my child when I leave. It has especially been comforting to know that they are willing to cater to his needs with a peanut allergy by making the school peanut free and monitoring all foods that come in the building to best protect my child. We love Children’s Corner! Both of my children have been through this preschool and both absolutely adore the teachers and the environment. My oldest misses preschool and my youngest looks forward to going each day. |
Children's Corner filled each one of my needs for a preschool. CCCNS provided not only my son with exactly the age appropriate skills and play based fun and learning I was looking for, but it also gave me a community of new friends! |
I feel very fortunate to have found Children's Corner, when we moved to Bloomington in October. My child was dealing with a lot of changes in his life, mostly moving to a different country. Within the first week at CCCNS he was already coming out of his shell, making new friends, as I was too. I have been staying in the classroom since the beginning (to help him adjust) and I must admit because I love being there too, helping and learning so much about the other children and how CCCNS works so well. At CCCNS I forget to look at my watch and suddenly it's time to go. I love helping and love that this is possible. Both my child and I have made good friends and had several play dates away from school. The fact that parents get to help gives us all a chance to get to know each other, for someone who has moved to the area recently that is a huge help. |
